SlideWhisper is a platform that enables users to:

  • Upload and process presentation files (PDFs, Google Slides)
  • Generate AI-powered narration for presentations
  • Create interactive presentations with live Q&A capabilities
  • Track audience engagement and analytics
  • Share presentations with viewers

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

Account Security

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of the presentations and content you upload
  • You grant us a license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service
  • You represent that you have the right to upload and share your content
  • You are solely responsible for the content you upload

Our Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by SlideWhisper
  • Our trademarks, logos, and service marks are protected
  • You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission

6. AI-Generated Content

  • AI narration and responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before use
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of AI-generated content

7. Payment and Subscription

Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
  • Prices are subject to change with notice

Refunds

  • Refund policies are outlined in our separate Refund Policy
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SlideWhisper from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party

10. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms
  • You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases
  • We may delete your data following termination

11. Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of California
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
  • You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms on our website
  • Sending an email notification
  • Updating the "Last Updated" date

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. General Provisions
